Nova Data Solution strives to provide high-quality services to all clients. However, if you wish to cancel, return, or request a refund for any services, please review our policy below.

7 Days Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may return the service within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, provided the service does not fall under non-refundable categories (as listed below). Please ensure that the reason for the return is clearly communicated, and all required documentation or proof is submitted to support your request.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. If the cancellation request is made after this period, we may charge a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only if the service has not been rendered or if there was an error on our part. Requests must be made within 14 days of the service completion date.

Once the refund request is made, the refund will be credited to the customer's account within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as customized software development or consultations, may not be eligible for a refund once work has commenced.
